Step by Step Instructions

Here are the step-by-step instructions for upgrading the IAP Connector:

1. Log into your iAppConnector account and navigate to the left menu to click on Apps. 0:39

2. Select the current version of the IAP Connector you are using under Apps > Other Apps to find legacy applications. 1:25

3. Choose the iAppConnector version you wish to upgrade from the list. 1:34

4. Use the upgrade option for the iAppConnector connection you selected. 1:39

5. View the ZAPs using this connection and select the one you want to upgrade. 2:10

6. Click on View in Editor to go to the edit screen of the ZAP. 2:25

7. Start the upgrade by clicking on the first step in the process that uses the iAppConnector application and follow the prompt to update to the new version. 2:42

8. Reconnect your account if necessary, by entering your username, password, and the license key provided by Armstrong Enterprise Communications. 4:30

9. Test your trigger to ensure the steps behave as expected after the upgrade. 5:43
