ACTION REQUIRED: Upgrading iAppConnector to Version 1.4.2

This article is for all individuals that are listed as the point for Armstrong's Zapier for iMIS (Powered by iAppConnector). We are upgrading to a new version of iAppConnector. This email offers three options where ACTION REQUIRED by you. Please read carefully.

Three Options for Upgrading

This is an important message about an upgrade available to Zapier for iMIS that provides additional connection stability, reducing situations where credentials are expired due to connection, issues between your iMIS instance and Zapier. To benefit from the improved functionality, you must upgrade your current version of Zapier for iMIS to version 1.4.2 for all your existing Zaps. The process is easy and can be addressed in a brief conversation.

You will need to upgrade each Zap in use with iAppConnector to version 1.4.2, which is easy. Follow this link to review the steps for upgrading each zap connection to the latest version. Once your Zaps complete the simple upgrade process, they should continue to function as they do now, but they will benefit from the improved stability available in 1.4.2. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.  

Using the latest version of Zapier for iMIS will also ensure you have access to the newest triggers and actions. Please review the current list of triggers and actions.

After the upgrade, please monitor your zaps to ensure they run as expected.

Here are your options to upgrade to the latest version of iAppConnector:

  1. It’s easy to upgrade your Zaps yourself, just follow this link to review the steps for upgrading each zap connection to the latest iAppConnector version. The link includes a step-by-step guide for updating to the latest version.
  2. If you’d like us to do the upgrade for you, please, provide us with the email address associated with your Zapier account and the current version number you're on so we can make the change for you. We will set a date and inform you when the change is complete so you can monitor your zaps. Send this request to support@arment.com to get started.
