The new portal creates a number of new opportunities, including:
- Guided Ticket Creation, giving you freedom to ask the questions you have but ensuring that all needed information is included, meaning we won’t have to go back as often for clarification before being able to address your service requests.
- Simplified User Management – clear, straightforward roles and permissions for the various members of your team.
- Project Ticket Tracking – If you have an official, ongoing Armstrong project, you will easily be able to view progress being made and send questions to our team when needed.
- Increased Security – The new portal includes multi-factor authentication for all users, providing greater security for your organization’s data.
