Workflow
Select "new response notification with answers" as the trigger. This is only available for SurveyMonkey accounts with the annual paid subscription.
(optional) Search for the member in iMIS using their email address provided in the survey. If a unique email is found in iMIS it will return the iMIS ID.
Select the user defined panel to store these results, recommended to use a standalone or multi-instance panel.
