We're seeking a passionate iMIS Consultant to join our dynamic Professional Services team. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs, configuring iMIS solutions to achieve optimal outcomes, and delivering exceptional training and ongoing support. If you’re an

iMIS Consultant Job Duties
- Solution Design: As an iMIS Consultant, gather client requirements, map business processes to iMIS functionality, develop and recommend tailored solutions and configurations.
- Implementation and Configuration: Execute iMIS EMS implementations, covering data migration, module setup, process optimization, and system testing.
- Training and Support: Provide engaging training to client staff, ensuring they become proficient iMIS users. Deliver ongoing troubleshooting and guidance.
- Project Management: Contribute to effective project management, ensuring timely delivery of implementation milestones, and maintaining clear communication with clients.
- Knowledge Sharing: Document best practices, share insights within the Armstrong team, and proactively stay current on iMIS updates and new features.
iMIS Consultant Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of in-depth iMIS experience, ideally including iMIS EMS implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
- Deep understanding of core iMIS modules (Membership, Events, Fundraising, etc.) and how they align with common association business processes.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
- Experience in a client-facing consulting role.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database principles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Any iMIS certifications.

Small office setting in Washington, DC metropolitan area (Fairfax, VA). Local residency required.
Light out of town travel may be required; plus some occasional local travel.
