What access rights should the generic staff user be granted that is used by Zapier for iMIS?
We recommend a user with SysAdmin role. At a minimum, the user needs to be a full staff user with at least Level 4 access in Membership, Events, Dues, Orders, and Certification to make use of all actions in Zapier for iMIS.
